TOP 5 HR TEAMS IN THE TRADES

At Propel People, we understand that construction HR teams are some of the hardest working professionals out there. Not only are they leaders in the hiring, training, and retention of premium talent in their fields, but they’re also innovators at the forefront of modernizing workflows and fostering inclusive, growth-focused company cultures. That’s why we’re taking steps to celebrate some of the most thoughtful and creative HR teams in the country.

    Learn about the submission guidelines.

If you’re interested in applying, please review the following set of rules and recommendations to ensure your HR team’s submission is eligible:

Your company must be in the construction industry and have fewer than 1,000 employees.

Your responses to the questions below must contain concrete evidence of the efforts you discuss. Include provable data points, well-documented initiatives/programs/partnerships your company has embarked on, examples of successful automation (particularly those involving AI solutions), employee testimonials, et cetera.

Submissions will close on October 31st, and the list will be released in the following days. After the list goes live, we’ll also be sharing insights into the most common best practices observed by featured HR teams and tips for how to incorporate them into your own business.
